Texas Roadhouse - Williston: Authentic Steaks & Ribs with Warm Hospitality in Vermont

Right when we walked in we were greeted with smiles & when you look to your left you see prime cuts of meat . Which is where my mouth starts to water . My son loves steak as well do I. He picked up the 11oz steak @ medium & it was cooked to perfection . We don't get to go out much so I grabbed the full rack of ribs obviously my eyes were too big for my belly. But, from what I ate they were Amazing as well. My waiter was very polite & I even came across the local owner DJ. All this food is made fresh daily which is no one knows that's hard to do with any restaurant but they do it day in and day out . If y'all check out below I've got done pics of the food we had.

Great experience at this restaurant. Easy online reservation system. Table was ready when we arrived. Prices are reasonable, food was tasty and good quality. Portions of pulled pork dinner could've been a bit larger. This restaurant is recommended if you're visiting Williston, VT.

Good place to eat with good atmosphere. Those rolls are just so good! Just go easy on the rolls, they make you full quick! For me, they have the best fried pickles! They do get busy, the earlier the better. Expect longer wait on their busy hours. I believe they don’t do over the phone reservations. Never had issues with this place and it has been consistent when it comes to food and service.

I do not know how they dio it. They have a bunch of young kids (to me) always seemed well staffed, always high energy and ALWYS moving a HIGH VOLUME of people in and out. We have not had a bad meal there, and we try to eat there once a month on average. We have never had to wait very long, we take advantage of calling ahead seating, and simply are impressed every time we go. Whomever is the "franchise" owner of this Texas Roadhouse, must trweat and take care of staff well. (and if not- your staff fakes it really well). Truly impressive. I have plenty of friends in central vermont that have restaurants and None of them have what you guys have. Steak is always good, service is always friendly and top shelf... I am impressed!!

The staff was helpful and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Prices were reasonable, making it a good spot for a quality meal without overspending. The food was enjoyable, but weekends can get extremely busy, making it a bit challenging to find a dining spot. If you’re planning to visit, it might be best to arrive early or be prepared for a wait. Overall, a solid place for a good meal with a lively atmosphere.

Wednesday evening for dine in felt almost like weekend but the wait worth it. Foods were delicious. We mostly ate half of what were ordered because of the starter and buns!
